According to Nokia, the Lumia 925 captures the best low-light images thanks to the most advanced lens technology and next-generation imaging software. It also features the new Nokia Smart Camera, an easy way to capture ten images at once and edit them afterwards with options like Best Shot and Action Shot.
For the first time to the Nokia Lumia range, the 925 combines a metal design with the polycarbonate back coming in white, grey or black. A wireless charging cover, available separately in white, black, yellow, and red can be clipped onto the back of the phone to take advantage of Nokia’s extensive wireless charging accessories and ecosystem.
An additional feature coming to the Lumia range first with the 925 is a beta version of the Nokia Glance Screen introducing the standby screen clock. Now, with a quick look and without pushing any buttons, users can see the time and the battery level indicator on the screen when the phone is not used. A double tap on the standby screen now wakes the phone up, making it easier to unlock.
The Nokia Lumia 925 offers a variety of exclusive services such as Nokia Music for unlimited streaming of free music playlists. The suite of integrated location and navigation services include Here Drive+ and Here Maps. Additionally, Here Maps with augmented reality view is available in the Store for download.
