The "21st Century Mods Versus Rockers" calendar was selected for the honor over a number of other competitive entries.
For nearly a quarter of a century, the Gold Ink Awards competition has earned the respect of the industry’s most important producers of printed work. Top publishing, production and manufacturing professionals scrutinize all entries. Submissions are judged on criteria such as degree of difficulty, challenging color production, and excellence in execution.
"The Océ JetStream system won top honors going up against some of the best digital printing products the industry has to offer. This award represents a milestone for inkjet printing, because the category included competitors with technologies other than inkjet. The honor reaffirms our position as a leader in the inkjet market, with over 35 percent market share," said Océ Production Printing Systems President, Mal Baboyian. The award will be presented by NAPCO Publishing Company on September 12th at Graph Expo 2011.
