Noritsu establishes NK Works

Noritsu Koki will continue to be listed on the Tokyo and Osaka stock exchanges with the same business name. According to a press release, NK Works will continue to be the core company in the Noritsu Group and will promote its businesses under the Noritsu brand name with the imaging operations as its main activity.

The Group organization of NK Works will mainly remain the same as under Noritsu Koki with exception of the European region which will now operates under a distributor-based system instead of running subsidiaries. New distributors have been set up in key areas in Europe to ensure that customers everywhere will continue to have access to Noritsu products and services. According to a press release, the new European distributors will be run by former Noritsu European senior staff members, ensuring a smooth transition with the same high level of service that has made Noritsu a leading supplier of retail photofinishing equipment.
