Imaging Solutions AG to acquire Spitzke KG

According to the General Manager and major limited partner of Albin Spitzke KG (GmbH & Co), Wolfgang Spitzke, “The integration of both Imaging Solutions’ and Spitzke’s global sales, service and support teams will expand enormously the sales opportunities of our systems. Also the employees at Imaging Solutions in Regensdorf will profit from this step.” Wolfgang Spitzke will remain on with the new Imaging Solutions’ subsidiary in the role of a consultant.

In future, Albin Spitzke KG will operate under the name “Imaging Postprocessing Solutions GmbH”. Dr. Wilhelm Hegenbart, who brings a wealth of experience with over 25 years of involvement in all aspects of the photofinishing industry, has been appointed Managing Director.
