Citizen with new Print Manager solution

Users need only download the software from the new Citizen.Photo website, power on their Citizen Photo printer, and Print Manager will automatically recognise the model and the serial number of their machine.

From there, the new software will clearly identify the type of media that’s currently loaded, how many prints remain, and display a host of other useful information.

Beyond identifying any current issues, Print Manager’s interface will offer immediate support to the user, who need only hover their mouse over the error to view a popup that displays a solution for the given situation.
