CES dates shifted to January 11 – 14, 2021

CES 2021, which was planned to take place January 6 to 9, 2021, has shifted its dates. The event is now to happen January 11 – 14, 2021 and, as previously announced,  will be organized as an all-digital experience to connect exhibitors, customers, thought leaders and media from around the world while prioritizing health and safety. According to a press release, the show will start January 11 with a number of exclusive media-only session, followed by a comprehensive program of new product launches, cutting-edge technology presentations as virtual conference activities and keynote speeches on three remaining days.

Separately, the owner and producer of CES, the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), announced Verizon Chairman and CEO Hans Vestberg will deliver the kick-off keynote address during CES 2021, discussing 5G as the framework of the 21st century, the essential tech of the present and accelerated tech of the future to move our global community forward, such as telemedicine, tele-education, and more.

We welcome Hans Vestberg back to a new keynote stage and look forward to learning how Verizon’s 5G platform will evolve a wide range of industries we all rely on every day.”
