Canon supports customers with ‘United for Growth’ business showcase

‘United for Growth’ will offer practical workshops and advice on a range of issues including obtaining finance, key environmental factors, sales and marketing, training and cost control. The series of interactive workshops, seminars and technology demonstrations will be hosted by a range of industry experts and thought leaders.

A number of UK product launches will include the recently launched Canon imagePress monochrome production range and Helix Production Workflow Solution software. Other equipment on show will include the Canon imagePress C1+ with clear toner and the flagship colour imagePress C7000VP, as well as a range of Canon imagePrograf large format printers.

Canon’s alliance partners will fully support the three-day showcase demonstrating a complete range of solutions from pre-press to finishing. Partners including NT Ware, EFI, Agfa and Objectif Lune will provide end-to-end solutions, including workflow, colour management, web-to-print, photo print services software and finishing equipment.

Trevor Dodsworth, Head of Professional Print Marketing, Canon UK said, “United for Growth is a significant event for Canon and an opportunity for us to work with our customers and industry partners to address some of the burning issues of the day. In these challenging times, organisations need access to the tools and resources to help their businesses and CRDs succeed. The United for Growth event is not only an opportunity to see the latest Canon digital print equipment in action with our leading technology partners, but also a networking forum for print companies to hook into experts in the fields of finance, training, business support and development.

“We have assembled a compelling programme that ensures everyone will come away from the event with ideas and practical advice that could prove crucial to their businesses. The event shows our commitment to help not just our customers, but the print community in general, to face the business challenges ahead.”
