AgfaPhoto minilab business sold to investors

Minilabsystems R. Saal GmbH is one of the world’s leading traders of minilab equipment; Saxonia Systems AG was one of AgfaPhoto’s most important suppliers of software components for the company’s minilab equipment.

According to the receiver, Dr. Andreas Ringstmeier, the new investor will restart the production of AgfaPhoto minilab equipment soon and intends to further develop the d-lab 1 and d-lab 2 models as well as the kiosk systems.
