Two new photo daypacks by CULLMANN at Photokina: Trento Daypack and Trento Daypack IT

The functionality of Trento Daypack and Trento Daypack IT is proven by their special equipment. Both packs are made from high-quality water-repellent material; they have a thoroughly padded removable photo bag with variable inside dividers for photo equipment. This way, the packs may be used with or without camera for day trips. The shoulder straps are removable and allow using the daypacks as backpack, shoulder bag or sling bag.

The larger Trento Daypack IT is equipped with a notebook compartment. Due to the padded back it is well protected against impacts. High flexibility is provided by the padded straps with their patented CULLMANN button-click lock. The pivoted locks adjust flexibly to every movement, optimizing carrying comfort. Simple pressing releases the strap, so that the backpack can be pulled from back to front without completely taking it off. An opening on the side with a webbing compartment in the lower part of the pack allows fast access to a camera with attached telephoto lens. Another opening to the front with two webbing compartments allows access to the complete equipment as well as to two more lenses, flash and accessories. The camera equipment is well protected in a separate padded inside pocket, which can be quickly and easily prepared for the desired opening. On the front side there is an inside zipped compartment for small utensils. The upper part provides room for personal items and food. An outside pocket provides additional storage. In the back there is another compartment for the removable back straps, e.g. if the bag is carried on the shoulder strap with its movable shoulder pad. All the pack’s openings are equipped with a separated zip. Protection from wetness, dirt and sun is provided by the rain cover integrated in the bottom compartment.

Trento Daypack is smaller and does not have the notebook compartment and the front opening. On the other hand, it has an additional zipper pocket in the front as well as two webbing compartments inside in the back part. Like the larger version, this pack allows accessing the equipment through the opening in the side, without taking the pack off completely. The removable photo bag provides room for a DSLR-case with attached lens, a telephoto lens, flash and accessories. This way, the equipment always stays stowed properly, even if the pack is taken for a tour without camera.

The new CULLMANN Trento Daypacks will be available in specialized shops in gray/black and red/black after Photokina 2006.
