Villard, who will be located in Grenoble, is primarily responsible for PMI’s manufacturing operations in France and Imaging Solutions in Switzerland. According to a press release, one of his initial goals is to identify and take advantage of synergies and efficiencies between the two entities. Nicolas Series, who has headed Kis before Villard’s appointment, remains a member of Photo-Me International’s management team and is now responsible for business development and acquisitions.
Thierry Villard, 46, is a former executive of Eastman Kodak Company in Europe. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of Kodak’s Digital Film & Imaging Systems Division in Central Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He joined Kodak in 1996 and held different positions in sales, marketing and management.
