Stefan Trippe retires from the Board of Leica Camera AG

Andreas Lobejäger, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), assumed responsibility for the Purchasing Division.

Stefan Trippe joined Leica Camera AG on 1 October 2007 in the role of Technical Operations Manager. Following his appointment to the Board, he assumed responsibility for the Development, Supply Chain and Purchasing Divisions. In his function as COO, he also held responsibility for the production facilities in Portugal and was decisively involved in the new orientation of product development, optimization of production processes and strengthening of strategic partnerships.
