Spector Photo reports retail decline, but imaging group sales up

In the Retail Group, revenues fell to 42.6 million euros, from 48.8 million euros the prior quarter. The company said Photo Hall in Belgium saw its revenue decline 8.2 percent. Revenues in the Imaging Group increased 23.5 percent from 14.2 million euros to 17.5 million euros, fueled by the growth in digital photo products, despite the drop in analog film. Spector Photo Group has two major divisions: Retail Group and Imaging Group. The Retail Group, comprised of 108 shops across Belgium, Luxembourg, and France, comprise 71 percent of revenues from continuing operations. The Imaging Group processes digital and analog photos under the ExtraFilm name.
