Consolidated annual sales reached Euro 380.9 million compared with Euro 379.5 million in continued businesses in the previous year. The company‘s operating result was Euro 18.743 million, a growth of 67.7 percent against 2001. After a negative financial result of Euro 7.275 million and the depreciation of goodwill, the result from ordinary activities reached Euro 11.5 million, compared with Euro 0.3 million in 2001. After two years, the net result of the company was positive again with Euro 0.245 million, compared with a loss of Euro 18.583 million in 2001.
