Sony introduces Cyber-shot DSC-WX5, DSC-TX9 and DSC-T99 digital cameras

The WX5 includes a wide angle 4x optical zoom lens starting at 24mm equivalent and a 2.8" LCD, while the TX9 comes with a 3.5" touchscreen LCD and a 25-100mm equivalent lens. Other features include a Background Defocus mode, 3D Sweep Panorama mode and 1080i Full AVCHD video recording.

Also available this summer, the beautifull Cyber-shot T99 is guaranteed to turn heads with a choice of gorgeous new colour options. Inside its slim, curvaceously sculpted lines there’s plenty of smart technology – from Sweep Panorama and 720p HD movie recording to new Soft Skin mode. Like the Cyber-shot TX9, the T99 also features new Underwater Sweep Panorama mode for extra-wide sub-aqua scenes. a smaller LCD and a 14MP CCD sensor.

The Cyber-shot WX5, TX9 and T99 digital cameras by Sony are available from mid-September 2010.
