According to InfoTrends, in 2013, mobile phone photos will approach nearly half of total images captured in the U.S. The release of the new Shutterfly App for iPhone reinforces Shutterfly’s market leading position, helping consumers to be more creative with their photos and to preserve their memories.
With the new Shutterfly iPhone App, users can instantly create more than 30 photo gifts with iPhone, Facebook, Instagram and Shutterfly photos and Quicklyorder prints from iPhone, Facebook, Instagram and Shutterfly pictures, including panorama prints that have been created by means of Apple’s new iOS 6 panorama camera feature. Square prints matching Instagram photo format are also available.
Furhtermore, the app makes the upload and backup of iPhone photos to Shutterfly accounts easier than ever. The simplified uploading process clearly marks uploaded photos and keeps tracks of where users are in the upload process.
The whole Shutterfly online picture collection can be viewed right from then phone, and pictures can be shared or by uploading them to a share site or Facebook.
