Shutterfly names Brian Regan CFO

Regan brings many years of executive experience from high growth companies in the Internet sector to the company. At Shutterfly, Regan will be responsible for managing all financial activities, including strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, customer insights and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, accounting and legal.

Regan joins Shutterfly from the global digital marketing and online commerce company, Wize Commerce/Nextag, where he served as CFO. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and CFO at Ticketmaster Entertainment, where he led global financial operations for the worldwide operating live entertainment ticketing and artist management company in 20 global markets, generating approximately $1.5 billion in revenue and more than $250 million in EBITDA. At Ticketmaster, Regan provided operational, strategic and financial leadership to the senior executive team across all business units as a public company until its merger with Live Nation Entertainment.

Prior to Ticketmaster, Regan held senior leadership positions at Expedia, Inc., where he last served as Senior Vice President of Finance for its North American businesses, including, and Hotwire. He also held a variety of financial roles at LendingTree, from its start-up phase through its initial public offering and eventual sale to IAC.

Regan began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Bucknell University.
