Shutterfly elects new directors

In her time at Pixar, Mather was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, responsible for finance, administration, business affairs, investor relations and HR. She was Pixar’s prime contact with Disney on distribution issues as part of the Disney/Pixar co-production agreement, and served as the Company Secretary. Prior to joining Pixar, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Village Roadshow Pictures, as well as Senior Vice President at the Walt Disney Company, in the Buena Vista International Theatrical Division. Mather has also held executive positions with Alico (a division of AIG), and Paramount Pictures.

Mather, show holds a Master of Arts degree from Cambridge University in England and is a chartered accountant serves or has served on the boards of Google, Glu Mobile Inc., MoneyGram International, Inc., Netflix, Inc. , Solazyme, Inc., Central European Media Enterprises Group, Zappos.com (acquired by Amazon) and Shopping.com (acquired by eBay Inc). She has also been an independent trustee to the Dodge & Cox Funds board of trustees since May 2011.

Most recently at Liberty Media, Michael Zeisser led numerous M&A transactions in digital media, gaming, and commerce in the US and abroad. He created Liberty’s eCommerce Group of companies, which which generated over $1.5 billion in sales in 2012 and comprises leading digital commerce brands such as Proflowers.com, RedEnvelope.com, Gifts.com, Backcountry.com, Bodybuilding.com, Motosport.com, BirthdayExpress.com, BuyCostumes.com, and Evite.com. Prior to joining Liberty Media in 2003, Zeisser was a partner at McKinsey & Company in New York, where he co-founded and led McKinsey’s Internet Practice, in addition to being a member of the firm’s Media & Entertainment and Private Equity practices.

Zeisser has previously served on the boards of Trip Advisor and IAC/InterActiveCorp. He is currently a member of the Advisory Board of the Silicon Flatirons Center for Law, Technology and Entrepreneurship at the University of Colorado, and the Media Advisory Group of the American Association for the Advancement of Science. Zeisser earned a business degree with honors from the University of Strasbourg, France and an MBA with distinction from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, where he was a Procter & Gamble International Academic Scholar.
