According to a press release, the search for a new CEO is well advanced. In the meantime, Serge Crasnianski, who returned to the Board in a non-executive capacity in May this year, has agreed to act as interim CEO. Crasnianski, with a 22.2 percent holding the company‘s largest shareholder, has previously served on the Board from 1990 to 2007. In 1963, he founded Kis, which is now the Group‘s principal sales and servicing business.
John Lewis, who was appointed as an independent non-executive Diretor in July 2008, was appointed Senior Independent Non-Executive Director.
Photo-Me also announced Dan David‘s return to the Board in a non-executive capacity. David holds 13.2 percent of the company‘s shares and was on the Board from 1968 until 2007, for the first 30 years in an executive capacity, and from 1992 to 2005 as Chairman. Since then he has been Photo-Me‘s honorary Life President.
