Palmer boasts a wealth of industry experience having spent the last 25 years in senior management roles with organisations such as Kodak and Danka, and most recently, as managing director of Infotec, following Ricoh’s acquisition of the company in 2007. As part of his principal strategy, Stephen will focus on continuing to grow Ricoh’s production print business within the commercial and corporate sectors, as well as look to significantly increase Ricoh’s market share in the digital print arena.
To help achieve this, Palmer is building a dedicated team, drawn from across the recently enlarged Ricoh Group of companies, to demonstrate to all customers, regardless of sector, that Ricoh has all the expertise and experience to become one of the industry’s market leaders.
