“As of today, April 23, we have more than 5,000 attendees registered – and thus far, we have only rolled out the first phases of our massive marketing campaign in Southern California,” said PMA Executive Director Jim Esp. “We have not yet even begun the major push of the campaign – TV and radio ads – which start running on April 24. With almost two weeks left before The Big Photo Show, we are on track to reach, or surpass, our expected 20,000 attendees.”
PMA President Allen Showalter added, “We are thrilled with the response of photo enthusiasts and advanced amateur photographers in Southern California to The Big Photo Show. They clearly recognize the fantastic event we have put in place – with top-notch education from renowned pros, exciting live-model photo shoots, the newest innovations and equipment from major manufacturers and retailers, the most creative new ways to display images, and so much more – and they are eager to be a part of it. Registrations are pouring in very quickly, and that will only increase as the biggest part of the marketing campaign supporting the event begins.”
