Quark and Glemser Technologies bring Quark XML Author

Glemser will bring Quark XML Author to organizations that require knowledge workers to use Microsoft Word to author XML documents ready for submission to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in Structured Product Labeling (SPL) format and to the European Medicines Agency (EMA) in Product Information Management (PIM) format.

Quark XML Author is an XML authoring and editing add-in to Microsoft Word that allows anyone using Microsoft Word to create structured XML content. The familiar user environment makes it possible for anyone – not just technical experts – to use Microsoft Word to create compliant XML-based content components that can be managed by Glemser’s xmLabeling solution.
