Photo-Me appoints new director

Prior to that he was Executive Chairman at Telit Communications plc and led its flotation on the London AIM market in 2005. Apeloig also serves as Chairman of Leader Holdings and Investments Ltd, Chairman of Polar Communications Ltd, Chairman of Greenstone Industries Ltd and as a director of Leader Capital Markets Ltd. All these companies are Israeli companies traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. He is also Chairman of the board of directors of RVB Holdings Ltd which is an Israeli company traded in the OTC BB, and serves in the Boards of Directors of various other private companies.

Announcing the appointment, John Lewis, Chairman of Photo-Me, said: "Yitzhak brings us significant management and financial experience from a wide range of companies, both public and private and I am delighted that he is joining the board of Photo-Me."
