Pakor introduces the ATC UV-24 Cyclone Liquid Coating System

Its 3 tank coating and wash system allows the operator to easily clean as well as switch from one coating finish to another within minutes. Other features include a filtered coating re-circulation system and an IR pre-heater for increased coating adhesion to wax-infused toners/inks. The machine will coat both flexible and rigid substrates up to 1/8" thick and uses a dual doctor blade system – particularly suitable for duplex media. It’s independent roller speed control allows the user to vary coating thickness, like no other small format coater on the market, according to Pakor.

The low-maintenance system is designed for protecting and enhancing output materials from digital and photo printers, off-set press and litho press. Applications include the produciton of high-quality photo book as well as finishing brochures & mailers, greeting & trading cards, decals, signage, etc.
