The SP-800UZ makes sure a front row seat. The built-in Dual Image Stabilisation of the 14 Megapixel camera guarantees defined image clarity, and high-speed shooting at up to 10fps. A heavyweight internal memory of 2GB means user can store plenty of videos and images, and an SD card slot enables further storage capacity.
Little sister SP-600UZ also packs a punch with a 15x optical wide zoom (28-420mm, 35mm camera equivalent), 2.7” LCD and 1GB internal memory and SD slot. The 12 Megapixel edition shares most of the family traits, including Dual Image Stabilisation, HD movie capability and HDMI technology.
The Olympus SP-800UZ and SP-600UZ are available in Titanium Silver from March 2010 for a retail price of £369.99 and £259.99 respectively.
