New Managing Director at Rollei

Paul Dume will continue to run Rollei‘s administration in cooperation with Dr. Oliver Fix until end of this year. He also remains in charge of Rollei‘s real estates. Until end of 2004, Klaus Dieter Koss remains responsible for purchasing Rollei‘s consumer products and will also continue to look after selected foreign markets.

Hans Hartje continues in his function as Managing Director responsible for Rollei‘s production and will report to Dr. Fix. Harald Barth has taken over as head of Rollei‘s consumer products division on January 1, 2004 and will report to Dr. Oliver Fix from February 1, 2004.

At Canon, Dr. Oliver Fix will be replaced by Thomas Osswald, who was appointed Member of the Board of Management of Canon Deutschland GmbH. Most recently, he was responsible for Canon‘s direct sales in two German areas. Fix‘s position as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Canon System Supplier Hippocampus will be taken over by Andreas Leven in addition to his position as Director Corporate Planning and Finance and Member of the Board of Canon Deutschland GmbH.
