New head of European region at Infocus

Responsible for sales and marketing of InFocus‘ products in Europe, Middle East and Africa, he replaces Peter Krogh, who has left the company. Smara joined InFocus in 1999 as Director of Product Marketing and was appointed Vice President of International Marketing in 2000.

Previously, he was in different management positions in the high-tech industry including the function of Vice President of Marketing at TecMar and a business management position with Exabyte.
