Layflat.com, a new company dedicated to providing printers worldwide with advanced automated bookbinding systems to take advantage of the rapidly growing premium layflat book market has started operations in Meggen, Switzerland. In order to establish long-term relationships with customers, CEO Djawad Khorosh invested almost a year to select and evaluate the best international team members before officially launching the enterprise in October 2020. The company’s experienced international bookbinding team has proven expertise in design, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, marketing, sales and support.
“We worked closely with all our manufacturers, thoroughly evaluating our systems under operating conditions with some printers, before deciding we were ready,” Khorosh commented. “We considered many distribution/support channels before selecting those companies which best matched our philosophy of commitment to the customer.”
Even with the constraints imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic, books about architecture, art, poetry, cooking, professional photography, school days, events, products and services are still highly demanded by private and commercial customers. That overall market continued to grow, Layflat.com said on a press release, adding the premium layflat segment was exhibiting the fastest growth.
Headquartered in Switzerland, Layflat.com ensures all of its products strictly meet EU requirements and has teamed up highly-regarded companies from around the world to ensure reliable regional manufacturing, sales and customer support.
