New CEO of Photo-Me International

Crasnianski, 65, founded Kis in 1963. He became a non-executive Director of PMI in 1990 and an Executive Director in 1995. Since 1998, he has served as CEO of Photo-Me International. He will remain available to the company in a consultancy capacity.

David Young, Chairman of the PMA Board of Directors,, commented: "Serge Crasnianski has more than 100 registered inventions to his name, including the photo minilab and the liquid crystal display booster. Since becoming CEO of PMI in 1998, he has driven forward both the vending and manufacturing sides of PMI’s business. After 44 years in a prominent position with PMI and KIS, he fully deserves his retirement."
