Carlsbad is a suburb of San Diego, which is home to Kodak’s Consumer Inkjet Systems business, and where the company performs research and development on the groundbreaking line of consumer inkjet printers that offer the lowest total ink replacement costs in the industry.
Kodak expects to begin mailing a “Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials” to shareholders on or about March 31, 2011. This notice will include information on how registered shareholders can access their proxy materials electronically. Shareholders who would like to receive printed distribution of proxy materials should follow the instructions contained in the mailed notice.
Shareholders will also be able to vote in one of four ways: by internet, by telephone, by written proxy card or by written ballot at the meeting.
Shareholders interested in attending the 2011 Annual Meeting may request admission by following the appropriate instructions if they vote by internet or telephone or by checking the appropriate box on their proxy card.
