Kodak has been spending lots of money in an “aggressive, integrated consumer communications program” (advertising, in-store merchandising, and public relations) to tell consumers how much better the Perfect Touch prints are, with fewer dark shadows, more vibrant colors, and greater detail, all for only about $1 more per roll.
To celebrate Perfect Touch becoming available nationwide, Kodak held a major public relations event in New York City’s Grand Central Station with celebrity stylist Wayne Scot Lukas, co-host of hit TV show “What Not to Wear”. Lukas told consumers how to get their best pictures ever by using Perfect Touch Processing, complete with before-and-after displays and live demonstrations showing consumers how to look their best in pictures.
