With the extension of their relationship, Kodak and dm continue to offer consumers a full range of photo products which can be printed at retail in minutes. The recently introduced Kodak Create@Home Software enables consumers to create personalized photo products at home and pick them up in store. Consumers who bring a Create@Home Software project into dm can print it themselves from a Kodak Picture Kiosk or have it completed by dm store associates. The free software is available for download from create.kodak.com/go/dm and consumers can locate their nearest stores in Germany using the Kodak dealer locator at www.kodak.de.
Kodak Photo Books and Greeting cards can also be created quickly and easily in the dm store at the Kodak Picture Kiosk. By end of the year, practically all Kodak Picture Kiosks at dm will be connected, enabling consumers to turn their pictures stored on Facebook, Picasa and the Kodak Gallery into Kodak photo books, greeting cards, and prints.
One of the first European retailers to use Kodak Picture Kiosks, dm installed one of the first Kodak Adaptive Picture Exchange (APEX) in 2008. By year-end, dm will have 150 APEX dry lab systems installed in their stores, offering behind the counter service for a full range of picture products.
