Innova adds of 100% Cotton Gloss Inkjet Media

“There are no optical brighteners, so this paper grade presents a pleasing, luxurious, warm-tone shade and ensures no worries concerning long term color shifts,” stated Wayne Connelly, US President of Innova. The product introduction was fueled by Innova’s North American Market Manager, David Williams, who introduced the first fine art cotton photo paper in this category a few years prior to joining Innova. “I really like the surface we’ve created on this product,” commented Williams. “The FibaPrint Warm Cotton Gloss pushes things to a new level, with a uniform lustrous finish without a sparkly distraction. The generous 335 gsm weight combined with the velvety rag base produce a sturdy print with exceptional tactile sensation in your hands. Additionally, we’ve also been able to provide these desired features at a price point well below the competitive products.”

The new product is targeted toward fine art photographers printing monochrome or full color works using professional aqueous inkjet printers from Epson, Canon, and HP. The warmth of FibaPrint Warm Cotton Gloss joins the compnay’s bright white FibaPrint Ultra Smooth Gloss and the Photo Canvas Ultra Gloss. Cut sheets and rolls up to 60” are available.

FibaPrint Warm Cotton Gloss will be officially launched at the WPPI tradeshow and convention, February 20-22, in Las Vegas. Innova will be featured in the Shades of Paper booth #329. “We’ll be scaling up production over the next few months so initially there will be limited distribution points”, Williams added. “Our goal is to maintain solid inventory levels in the US to avoid stock outs. “
