Imaging Solutions strengthens its quality management and customer service team

“Quality made in Switzerland at ISAG is daily common practice”, states Dietmar Dengel, Quality & Service Manager at Imaging Solutions since June 2015. Dengel holds a MBA (CIC) and Bachelor of Technical Management (CIC). Together with his team, Dengel provides professional services and sustained added value to the ISAG customers. “In order to guarantee the highest possible quality across all production steps and hierarchies, Imaging Solutions relies on the personal responsibility of each employee”, Dengel defines the ISAG quality policy.

       

Yingli Gao is responsible for the operating process of the quality management at ISAG. The graduated mechanical engineer holds an additional certificate as Quality Manager. In his position, Gao will take care for the compliance of the quality control circuit and manages the important interface between ISAG’s customers, and the development and production departments.

Since May 2015, Vice-President Ralf Schmid is a new member of the company board. The mechanical engineer and MBA (VWA) worked for many years in several executive positions with medium-sized enterprises.

As the right hand of ISAG CEO Rainer Bauer, Schmid has primary responsibility for the initiation and sustainable implementation regarding issues of strategic significance. Because of his experience in the settlement of management processes, Ralf Schmid supports ISAG on business process improvement.
