Foss named CEO of PictureVision

Foss has been named Chief Executive Officer of PictureVision.

Garfinkle decided to resign from his position as Chief Executive Officer but will remain as Chairman of the Board. He has also been appointed to serve as a consultant to Kodak to advise its President on Internet and digital imaging strategies. Foss will continue in his current role as General Manager, Consumer Digitization Operations and Vice President, Consumer Imaging. In his new role, Foss will be accountable to the PictureVision Board.
