First GE-branded digital camera available in the U.S.

Offered at a price of US-$ 229.90, the G1 features 7 megapixel resolution, a 3x zoom lens, a 2.5“ LCD screen and a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. While General Imaging announced the stylish G1 in black, red, white and silver at PMA, the camera is available at HSN in black and silver. GE cameras are expected to be on store shelves in the U.S. later in May.
