Epson announces new president

The new president will be Ryuhei Miyagawa, presently executive officer and chief operating officer of Semiconductor Operations Division, Seiko Epson Corporation. Miyagawa will continue in these positions concurrently with his new position

The presently president, Tohoku Epson Corporation and managing executive officer, Seiko Epson Corporation Torao Yajima is scheduled to be appointed as a managing director of Seiko Epson Corporation on June 24, 2009.
