Himes reports directly to Enfocus Support Manager, Carine Bastiaen, and is responsible for product support for Enfocus’ award-winning suite of products, including PitStop Pro, PitStop Server, PitStop Connect, and the Switch automation family in North America.
With over 10 years of experience, Himes acquired extensive skills in process development and management, especially in digital print and production. During his time as a Color Production and Technical Services Manager at Queen City Reprographics, he was responsible for improving quality and efficiencies, as well as solving customers’ technical – and workflow – related issues.
Himes also provided customer service and IT support during his tenure at Best Upon Request, Inc., where he conducted software troubleshooting at various remote locations.
