Eastman Kodak Company announces its first Online Pro Lab Resource Centre

At the heart of the Pro Lab Resource Centre‘s marketing activities, there is a lab locator service that allows labs to submit a profile that will be housed in a searchable database. A listing within the locator for an individual category of interest will be shared directly with photographers or potential customers seeking a particular professional lab service.

The workflow and technical-support aspect of the Pro Lab Resource Centre will feature immediate, direct access to downloads and software upgrades. New services include remote ICC color profile building and Web-based monitoring or auditing services for C-41, RA-4 and E-6 processing. Additional services can be purchased through the site with existing Kodak account facilities or by credit-card. The Kodak Pro Lab Resource Centre will be offered in Spain, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Netherlands, the Nordic Region as well as the U.S. and Canada, during end of September/October 2004.
