In his role, Stutts will oversee all administrative planning, including admissions, faculty and curriculum. He aims to further advance the college’s success through continually investing in technology, facilities and curriculum that reflect future trends, employing experienced and engaging faculty, and partnering with community leaders that employ the institution’s graduates.
Dr. Stutts has served as president of nationally accredited institutions of higher education in both Illinois and Minnesota since 2001, and held leadership positions in regionally-accredited higher education institutions in Texas and Nevada. He has also led curriculum teams for five colleges and universities in the United States as well as China, France and Mexico.
Stutts earned his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois Urbana and received both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Arizona. He has authored four textbooks and multiple published articles on career and professional development.
