The Docuclass Document Management Solution is capable of using the entire suite of KODAK Scanners and Software to capture images and data needed to trigger business flows, achieve compliance and information security, update existing Line of Business Applications and provide instant and accurate access to information. An open-architecture system supports documents of various formats, including Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF), TIFF, JPEG, MICROSOFT WORD, and Microsoft Excel.

Document data is stored on industry standard databases, such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, which eliminates limitations that can be created by a proprietary system. The Docuclass Solution offers a wide range of features and modules such as e-forms, Cold-ERM, e-mail management, workflow, robust scanning and capture, web, audit and integration components.
