Cewe announces eleventh dividend increase in a row
The supervisory board of the Cewe Stiftung & Co. KGaA decided to propose the eleventh consecutive dividend increase for the successful European imaging and printing service provider. After the company achieved all of its corporate goals in 2019, the Management Board and the Supervisory Board will propose a dividend of Euro 2.00 per share for the past financial year to the Annual General Meeting on June 10, 2020 (previous year: Euro 1.95).
“Our profitability and our solid balance sheet enable us to increase the dividend for the eleventh year in a row,” commented Dr. Olaf Holzkämper, CFO of the Cewe Group. With the proposed dividend, shareholders will receive a dividend yield of 1.9 percent based on the 2019 year-end price (Euro 105.80).
