Ceconomy: sale completed of 9 percent Metro stake

According to a press release, EP Global has now excercised its call option regarding the transfer of the remaining approx. 5.4 percent.

After completion of the transaction – Ceconomy expects closing to occur in the next days – Ceconomy will continue to hold a stake of approx. one percent in Metro.
