Among its achievements, Canon U.S.A. garnered PCMag.com’s 2009 Readers’ Choice Award for Service and Reliability. For the sixth consecutive year, this prestigious award is the result of Canon’s commitment to customer service and support excellence that is delivered by a dedicated, 100 percent U.S.-based Canon customer service staff. In addition to the industry awards the Company has received, many of its products have also been receiving awards all year long including several Editors’ Choice Awards from CNET, American Photo, PCMag.com, Lapzop, DigitalCameraReview.com, Digital Trends.com, PrinterComparison.com and Computer Shopper Magazine.
