Visual 1st conference to start soon

Five days before Visual 1st will start it’s first online edition, the international conference focused on promoting innovation and partnerships in the photo and video ecosystem has recorded well more than 200 registrations, a number that is still growing. According to the organizers, the event will feature an impressing list of speakers including  André Wong, Vice President, Product Line Management, 3D-sensing at Lumentum, Paul Kruszewski, who will present his third AI startup, wrnch, which is dedicated to the creation of human-centric AI–enabled cameras, and Mak Oh, CTO of Japan’s first unicorn, Mercari, a community-based shopping app that operates in Japan and the US.

In addition to several panel discussions and fireside chats, 28 innovative developers will show their products and ideas on stage at Visual 1st’s well known Show & Tell sessions. Visual 1st will also offer virtual networking opportunities for its registered attendees, who have the option to record and upload a 8-60 second video clip by answering the question, “What does your company do and what types of partners would you like to meet?” Fellow attendees will than be able to discover existing or future busienss partners by browsing through the page or using the search button to search by name, company name or job title. When clicking on a video’s LinkedIn icon, they’ll be taken to the attendees’s LinkedIn page.

There will also be optional attendee roundtable get-togethers –  informal video calls for people who share similar interests and would like to talk to each other.
