New members join Board of The Imaging Alliance

The Imaging Alliance, a non-profit organization formed in 2016 by combining the critical assets from the two long-time industry associations, the Photo Manufacturers and Distributors Association (PMDA) and the Photo Marketing Association International (PMAI), has announced the addition of four new members to its organization. Joining the Alliance and its Board of Directors are Julien Sauvagnargues, President of Olympus America; Scott Luksh, Director of Media Solutions, Madavor Mediam a media company that produces content across multiple platforms, including photographic magazines; Meredith Reinker, Director of Marketing, Roberts Camera;  and Scott Farber, President of W.B. Hunt, New England's largest photography retailer.

“Our strategy continues to be to bring together all aspects of the imaging industry, from manufacturers and retailers to media partners and consultants, to grow the imaging business,” said Jerry Grossman, Executive Director, the Imaging Alliance. “The addition of these four companies represents an important expansion of our organization and reinforces our commitment to build a strong coalition for the industry.”

“The idea of bringing together dealers and manufacturers into an industry organization is an intriguing one, and this is what convinced me to join,” said Olympus America’s Julien Sauvagnargues.  “I am looking forward to contributing to the development of the imaging industry by participating in The Imaging Alliance.”

“In this time of constant and fast-paced change in our industry, it is more important than ever for retailers, manufacturers and industry partners to work together to help us all move forward,” added Meredith Reinker of Roberts Camera.  “I am really excited to work with this great group of people to accomplish our shared goals.”
